- Responsible for End to End Internal Recruitment process- Accountable for drafting the compensation for all the internal movement cases (Promotion, Transfer, lateral move, position change actions etc.) on Work day- Managing the team in the absence of team lead (2 Full time resource and a contractor)- Key User for Green Belt Project on Background Verification process- Providing overall support to the Talent Acquisition Team across all major function which includes corporate Function, Plant Function & handling Regional and Global roles.- Managing the entire recruitment process which includes setting up role calibration call, scheduling interviews using different channels like Telepresence, Video/Audio Conferencing, F2F interviews and managing logistic / other arrangement for the visiting candidates.- Accountable for onboarding activities such as offer status follow up and arranging the pre joining trip for all shortlisted candidates- Managing vendor activities like, Invoicing, Compliance, Vendor Coordination- Engaging & Fostering partnership with HRBP and COE to ensure strong process alignment with Cross Functional Team- Managing stakeholders across all SPOC for all the HR Policies, Procedures and Programs, and Employee Grievances.- Collating and preparing monthly payroll input for employees and retainersProvide training to new joiners in the team- Streamline on the WOW with team & stakeholder & update the DMS dashboard- Data Analysis
