Welcome to my profile. To begin with, I am an electronics engineer with post graduation pursued from XIME, Bangalore, (HR Analytics) . I am passionate to work for the Human Resource department for IT/Non- IT sectors. I am working with HFCL since July 2022 as Human Resource Manager .My key responsibilities include HRBP role (employee cycle management), Talent acquisition (have done lateral hiring, campus hiring, referral programs, vendor management), HR reports (monthly, quarterly and annual basis) and few HR initiatives as well. I have previously worked as HR generalist (intern) for Peacock solar, conducted recruitment and selection for mid-level and junior level employees , conducted the campus recruitment drive as Training and placement officer as well as worked with client acquisition and exit formalities teams. I have also worked as Talent acquisition intern at TATA Classedge and was responsible for recruitment of senior level executives for Technical department of the company along with vendor selection and vendor empanelment work.
