Now the Client Services Manager at NPact, I cultivate, manage, and enhance our relationships with our clients and vendors. I also oversee, structure and evaluate multiple simultaneous web build projects, and am the point person for our clients for all things regarding Webconnex, an event registration and fundraising suite of products. I develop standard operating procedures and project tracking measures. I regularly interface with our clients which allows me to assess their up-to-date needs and wish-list items, thereby giving me valuable insight to assist with the prioritization of the product roadmap.

As Product Director I was responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap. I collaborated with the development team to prioritize new features and steer growth. I identified strengths and weaknesses of competitor products to better FedWeb CMS and our strategy. I transitioned from building out websites to managing a team of designers and being the project manager for web builds. I continued to maintain and cultivate excellent client relationships and communicate with end users to monitor bugs and alert the development team of necessary bug fixes.

In addition to duties I performed as a Buildout Specialist, I conducted sales and demo calls and was responsible for bringing new clients to FedWeb CMS. I arranged weekly meetings with both clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues and determine how to enhance the customer experience. I managed multiple projects simultaneously with critical deadlines. I continued to hold trainings and workshops for the client base as a whole and also expended client outreach in the following ways: creating and distributing monthly e-newsletters, hosting quarterly virtual Town Halls where I shared development updates as well as news from our vendors, and the development of a knowledge base.

As a Buildout Specialist, I designed full websites for nonprofit clients. I managed my own projects and communicated directly with clients and stakeholders on progress indicators on a weekly basis. I provided thorough training in FedWeb CMS to clients via workshops and individual calls. I was responsible for providing support and troubleshooting issues faced by clients via phone and email. I also transitioned clients to a new donation and events platform and was responsible for outreach, education, onboarding, training, and support pertaining to the new platform, Webconnex. I directed and handled this migration process from start to finish on my own.

The summer after my sophomore year of college I was an undergraduate research assistant at the Biomedical Microdevices and Nanotechnology Lab at the University of Texas at Dallas. Here, I assisted in the development of a handheld biosensor to test for the presence of genetically modified proteins in food products. I gained experience in conducting Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) experiments using Gamry Potentiostat. I also contributed to the project's academic research paper.
