• Assign 12 nail technicians to clients by using rotation system to ensure that all technicians have equal opportunities to receive a client• Operate phone lines by answering questions for customers and communicating any of their concerns to higher management to ensure all the customers’ needs are met• Schedule and clarify appointments • Handle cash exchange by cashing out customers paying with cash to ensure that all the cash makes its way into the register• Organize and replace needed supplies like making sure there are hot towels available for pedicures and hand drying towels available for clients • Communicate available services and prices with 30-50 customers a day to help them choose what service fits their needs and their budget
