Core Responsibility:● Accountable to posting payments on customer accounts and balance cash posted to cash receipts.● Daily Application of Payments received via - EFT, Lockbox, Deposit Edge, Online Bill, Credit Card, etc. in Putty as well as in SAP system.● Investigating and clearing outstanding payments.● Connecting with onshore team to allocate daily payments and outstanding accounts.● Created various SOPs in creative way● Working on daily discrepancies● Focus on strictly delivering targets● Worked on reconciliation daily/weekly/monthly● Deal with onshore team / customer queries on daily basis.● Ensure all payments and adjustments are accurate and balanced.● Part of migration process Putty to SAP.● Process approved adjustments such as write offs.● Work in overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end.● Share knowledge gained while working with Team Lead and Team. ● Provide training to new joiners & resolving queries in timely manner.

Core Responsibility:● Responsible for achieving daily, weekly & monthly SLA, KPI and planned targets.● Daily cash application with quality in Oracle.● Perform research and initiate resolution of unapplied payments by following up and consulting with credit department or directly with the customer via call or email. ● Daily chasing with the debtor and supplier for details of the payment that they have made.● Monthly activity – discussion with respective client with updated unallocated cash report on call ● Coordination with the team to achieve given targets.● Code as well as obtain back-up or check copies for chargeback deductions.● Identifying overpayments done by debtors and then refunding it back to them by taking authorization from the client.● Reconciling receipts with bank statements.● Bank call for more information regarding payment received.● Match payment received from supplier with AP invoice and credit note.● Assist and trained to new joiners/colleagues about the process/change in process of cash applications. ● Ensure all payments and adjustments are accurate and balanced
