I worked with senior consultants to source, screen, and interview candidates, and to provide feedback, guidance to both clients and candidates. I also used LinkedIn Recruiter to find and connect with potential candidates and to showcase Adecco's services and values. I contributed to the team's success by delivering high-quality candidates and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
