 Ensuring payments to merchants for credit card transactions within the prescribed time frame and efficient financial controls over the payments made on an all-India basis. Identifying difference in merchant payment and payment reports, reconciling & resolving the same. Coordinating payment related activities of regional offices and follow-up for any discrepancy. Review of the accounting records maintained in SAP, which involves responsibility for ensuring that all the financial transactions relating to merchant acquiring business are accurately plotted and accounted for. Doing a root cause analysis of merchant related queries and proactively taking necessary steps for reduction of the same. Part of the team involved in implementation of new operational system. This involved performing various tests (UAT Testing) to check the efficiency and working of the new system.
