Facilitates integration of clinical standards and best practices among 988 Lifeline network centers. Oversee day-to-day operations pertaining to 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline contacts routed to the Here2Help contact center, including oversight, training, quality improvement, and data reporting.

Provide brief supportive counseling, evidence-based information, and crisis intervention to crisis line contacts experiencing psychiatric or emotional distress
