OnPoint NYC is dedicated to improving the health, safety, and well-being of marginalized people who use drugs or engage in sex work. Our work addresses the intersection of stigma, policies, and practices that harm our participants and adversely impact the communities where we operate.
OnPoint NYC is a leader in innovative and award-winning harm reduction and drug user health focused programs and services. In November 2021, we made history with the opening of the first two Overdose Prevention Centers in the United States, and again in March 2022 when the organization became the largest harm reduction service provider in the country.
We are proud to be a trusted partner and collaborator of elected officials, community stakeholders and government bodies, both locally and across the US, in the fight to redress the harms of the war on drugs and in ending the overdose epidemic.
