As a Sustainability Lead will create, curate, and ensure DATA CENTER projects have the tools, resources, and strategies to maximize energy-efficiency and overall sustainability. I will provide expertise on sustainability strategies and trends relative to the built environment, and a leader who is committed to creating sustainability solutions that are tailored, relevant, and practical for today's clients. This requires design-team communication and integration, development of project sustainable design goals, energy performance metrics, and the tracking of the overall integration of sustainable design goals through project completion. Will also supports the Data Centers Sector in pursuing third-party certifications by providing the administration of and guidance, education and QA/QC during the submission process where required. The Sustainability Lead will be responsible for LEED / BREAM assessments (as well as other sustainable initiatives (like carbon neutrality, etc), tracking ongoing progress, coordinating all details of the certification program working with Client sustainability managers to ensure the Project effort conforms to Client needs as well as conducting educational training and presentations both internally and externally. Even provide knowledge and experience in carbon sequestration and mitigation strategies.

Completing LEED O+M documentation for three SUNY buildings. Analyzed building performance data (e.g. energy use, water use, ventilation performance) to determine standard performance metrics (e.g. EUI, dm/occupant) and classified this performance relative to LEED benchmarks. Worked with relevant parties to address any performance shortfalls in building operations. Classified and analyzed data from the energy monitoring systems for Baker Laboratory at SUNY-ESF and the Wildcat Field House and Cayan Library at SUNY Polytechnic institute. Classified and analyzed additional performance data from other tests and monitoring systems. Completed the necessary reporting in the LEED Online system for tracking building performance.

In collaboration with talent individuals, we worked as sustainable consultants for PBA to deliver the following. Identified key stakeholders like (Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, Target) and their priorities and goals relative to sustainable products and packaging, as well as industry trends. Researched and selected metrics to evaluate the impact of products and packaging; Utilize the selected metrics to measure the impact of key products/packaging and their sustainable alternatives. Created a template/ metrics that can be used to evaluate the impact of their footcare products and packaging decisions. Researched & ideated their entire footcare product range and packaging alternatives, with environmental impact and cost analysis. It was a pleasure being a part out this project with my colleagues and was definitely a learning curve for me in the field of sustainability.

The studio has its core to achieve en ergy efficiency that deploys intelligent systems and makes use of natural materials smartly - Learnt about cutting edge parametric and modular design processes using computational tools.- Along with the design processes, learnt techniques used to achieve those designs like CNC cutting, metal fabrication, wood steam bending, and 3D printing. Experimented with materials like metal, wood, bamboo, and paper in ways that were not commonly used in the larger context of design in India.
