• Responsible for all digital marketing and social media activities that drive user acquisition and revenue growth including: SEO/SEM, Affiliate marketing, Google Adwords, E-mail marketing, Analytics etc. • Conceptualise and execute digital acquisition strategies (paid/organic) with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs• Responsible for Analysing Marketing Reports at Promotion, Category & product levels and work closely with Senior Management in planning for monthly promotions based on analysis results, to achieve the targets.• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Website optimization: Creating, managing and editing content, design pop-ups banners, through 3-party, for website through Magento e-commerce platform. • Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple funnel channels and customer touch points • Work in sync with all other marketing channels like Affiliates, Alliances, Digital & Social media to get the common output.• Work with Creative & Content team to create banners with attractive merchandise and appropriate copy for Website.• Plan, implement & track the performance of all marketing campaigns & catalogue sales, including festival & seasonal campaigns – Category & Product level.
