I am a Support Engineer 2 at Amazon, where I provide technical support and solutions for the Kindle devices and applications. I work in the Kindle team, collaborating with other engineers, developers, and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as to develop and deploy new features and enhancements for the Kindle platform. I have a strong background in web development, as I completed a Java Full Stack Developer Certification from Great Learning in 2022. During the five-month training, I learned and applied core Java, databases, web development, and microservices skills, and completed multiple projects related to these technologies. I also have a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AJAY KUMAR GARG ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD, which gave me a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.
