Led strategy, business, supply chain and product for Soundbox- Built a network of 2.5 Million+ Soundbox devices across 500+ towns in India in less than 2 years- Worked with OEMs and internal teams to develop low-cost devices for merchants- Setup first of its kind manufacturing in India with an Indian OEM exclusively for Paytm. Soundbox at its scale is one of the few, if not the only IoT device manufactured in India- Managed P&L of QR and Soundbox business- End to End business ownership including product, supply chain, logistics, after-sales experience, financials and regulatory compliance

Joined for geographical expansion of Auto (3 wheeler mobility business) and led the category to multi-fold scale simultaneously ensuring profitability. - Led expansion of Autos to 100+ towns across India- Led business product for Auto driver on-boarding and payment. Moved on-boarding to app-based solutions and automated payments and incentives for driver partners- Led central sales operations for 2000+ sales executives- Managed vertical P&L , reduced on-boarding CAC, executed efficiency initiatives and became profitable (CM level)- Helped execute various ATL and BTL advertisement campaigns. Was part of the team which executed PAN India TV ad campaign- At a time when smartphones were not very common among Auto drivers, helped finance INR 50 Crore worth of mobile phones for auto drivers- Setup training processes for auto driver-partners and executed various supply marketing campaigns- Additionally, started bike taxi (2 wheeler mobility business) from scratch and scaled to 190 towns in 1 year
