Work Profile:- Preparation and maintaining the compliant financial statements of different power projects undertaken by HCL in accordance with Accounting standards and Schedule VI. Ability in preparation, presentation of above prepared financial statements. Preparation of monthly statements w.r.t inventory, tax issues etc related to projects.  Invoice preparations. Reconciliation of vendor accounts. Validation of Margin Sheets and Terms & Conditions (New Orders/ Change Requests). Maintain Commercial Compliance in All day to day transactions. Resource management in Power Projects. Direct & Indirect tax compliances: Income Tax, Service Tax & TDS. BR Management: tracking by Purchase Order, Revenue Streams, Item, Location, Milestones. Collection Enablement: • Timely Billing of Material/Services.• Enabling Smooth Delivery to end Customer.• Timely Submission of required documents for collection. Revenue Assurance in terms of Mapping of Contract vs Billing Vs Margin Sheet Revenue. Quarterly revision and sign off of Margin Sheet. Driving Automation in below areas:• Vendor Liability report.• Vendor Payment report• Billing Report from SAP• Cost Budgets to be factored at expense group levels v/s BR Monitoring project wise w.r.t conversion and collection plan.
