Working in the Office of International Affairs, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University for Government scholarship project (e-VBAB Network Project (TCIL) & Study in India Scholarship (SII)) & Co-funded by European commission projects.• Review prospective student applications to initiate admission process,• Research and verify the accuracy of application & documents authenticity,• Counselling of International Students to choose courses that will help them to get into their careers,• Follow up with Eligibility Section for verification of applications,• Keep updated with admission processes, requirements, programs, majors, courses, developments in education,• Contact applicant references consultants to verify information included on resumes, letters of recommendations, and applications,• Create profiles for each applicant and work collaborative with other counselors to review make final approvals for admission,• Coordinate applicant scholarship approval process with various educational departments of Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs & TCIL as needed,• Upload data on government ICT support Portal (https://ilearn.gov.in) like Documents of students, Enrolment Information, Program Details and Student Academic Progress, Fee Invoices etc.. • Follow up with Finance Department for Fee Invoices.• Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields under guidance of Director, ISC • Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources in a global context.• Arranging information sessions, Webinars, Induction Programs, meetings, etc. under guidance of Director ISC for international students.
