• Facilitate, organize and conduct SCRUM ceremonies - Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review & Retrospective, Product Backlog grooming among Scrum team & stakeholders.• Assist in task coordination, optimal sprint capacity utilization & helping remove any obstacles/ distractions• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders & agile delivery team to ensure the acceptance criteria for solutions being developed are met.• Supporting onboarding of new requirements and designing implementation of new solutions, project scoping, impact analysis and effort estimations.• Lead a team of 7-8 members which included mentoring, training and performance management reviews.

• Business & System analysis including creating functional specifications, requirement gathering & analysis by collaborating with Business & Technology teams across the globe.• Preparing test scenarios reviewed by stakeholders and coordinate their execution.• Coordination across SCRUM teams/ BA, QA, Operations, Production Support Group & Development teams, for timely completion of successful project deliveries.• Translate technical details into simple & user-friendly language for business & document the same

• Understanding the client requirements for new development/ enhancements & implement them.• Analyze legacy system & document the features for implementing in the strategic platform• Creating test scenarios reviewed by stakeholders and coordinate their execution.• Provide L3 Support & involve in release management activities.• Interact with BA, QA, Ops, Tech Support & other Dev teams on DerivClear/Calypso to resolve issues when required.

• System & interface analysis of the legacy/ current applications & documenting the same for the Strategic buildout.• Analyze & design program changes to deliver specifications, program changes, and technical documentation.• Support programming changes during QA, UAT & post implementation.• Creating & validating test cases with stakeholders, coordinate integration & user acceptance testing.
