Call center Analytics:Developed a tool that takes the audio calls from AWS S3 transcribes calls into readable textual format at speaker level saves the result back into S3. Developed python script to automate the entire process of fetching files from Azure blob based on user interaction with Web App, mapping and pushing files back to Azure blob in the respective folder and integrated with UI. Also containerized the code so that it helps in running the tool in any platform. Also giving the users the audit details of each manufacturing plant at regular intervals. This helped the stakeholders to save enormous amount of man hours and work according to the feedback given by the consumers to improve food quality and sales for each product by analyzing it at multiple dimensions.Sales Trend and analysis (C&G Shipments):Design and develop the process of automating the capturing of data of different periodicities, extracted from 3 different sources and build six Tableau dashboards. The dashboard would provide interactive visualization for the Category management team helping them track shipments of stores at all levels and across multiple channels in PBNA and FLNA divisions.
