JOB DESCRIPTIONConceptualized, designed and implemented various HR policies & processes across the organization.Conduct manpower planning and handle end to end recruitment cycle.Maintain up to date recruitment progress report, talent database.Responsible for HR interview, negotiate the salary, designing the salary, Breakup salary, Issue & provide offer & appointment letter.Preparation and Conduction of the induction program for new joined employee. Ensure employees comply with Induction formalities.Nurture culture amongst associates which reflects the company core values & drive innovative thinking within the teams Handling employee queries on day-to-day basis pertaining to all aspects of HR policies, compensation, leaves & handling employee’s grievances related to behaviour, performance discipline.Work with managers to identify people-related issues and implements solutionsHR Interface, policy refresher, one on one and skip meeting.Spearheading all activities related Celebrations of occasions/ festivals and other such initiatives from time to time.Implemented payroll process which includes attendance, hiring, confirmation & full and final settlement.Introduced salary break as per statutory compliance.Conducting counseling round of employee’s expectation in terms of monetary rise or rise in position.Following up with the managers regarding their one-to-one meeting with their team members.Back end working of increments/promotions as per the corporate guidelines.Releasing appraisal /increment letters, and letters to all employees.Conducting Exit Interview.Facilitating the clearance process for the resigned employee.Coordinating for their Full & Final settlement.Issuing various letters like Experience & Relieving.Take proper measure in case of absconding or termination of an employee.Developed & implemented various policies & process in the company like Leave policy, Induction process, Exit process, Performance appraisal.
