With the slogan, "Connecting on the cloud"​ CSG aims to be a Leading IT Services Hub Company by providing disruptive and cloud-based solutions, the quality of services across the Asia Pacific region, finally contributing to more and better connected Asia Pacific community.Job Responsibilities: • Implement SAP ByDesign projects & provide best SAP Business practices. • Requirement gathering, Data migration, Implementation, testing, solution walk through, training & support for SAP Customers • Contribute to training and documentation efforts in support of project work. • Provide level one and two production support for issues and enhancement requests. • Use technical and communication skills with business knowledge to own the successful resolution of business problems. • Able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any levels or location. • Manage change requests and process them. • User Training, Production Support after Go-Live. • Complete Financial Setup : (Organizational structure creation, Chart of Account Configuration, Data Migration through templates, Creation of Tax Authorities, Configured the G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting, Chart of depreciation, Assets classes, depreciation areas and number ranges, Configuring the settings in G/L areas, such as creating G/L master data, cross-company code transactions, and open item clearing). • Transactions – Incoming Invoices/Credit Memos (terms of payment), Outgoing Payment, Incoming Payment, Dunning, Open item clearing. • Master Setup - Locations with Logistics Areas and Logistic uses, Bank Directories, Bills of Material, Production Model, Bill of Operation, Logistics Model, Transport Lane, Transport Zone • Support multiple business units. • Work with and coordinate across multiple teams.

• Working on Various IT & Non IT Requirements client Hiring.• Sourcing talent through Job portals. (Naukri, Instahyre, Indeed, Hirist and LinkedIn) andvalidating them on their experience and interest on the role.• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Scheduling, interview, offer negotiation andclose candidates for assigned requisitions.• Scrutinizing & tele-interviewing the candidates. Understand their competencies & skill sets,making them Understand job role.• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the companyand position.• Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed informationabout business strategy, job descriptions, and expectation.• Co-coordinating with the candidates after company selects the candidate.• Taking feedback after interview.• Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports& feedback reports.

• Strong knowledge of procedures and principles underlying the recruitment process, employeetraining, financial compensation, and labor relations.• Fully committed to meeting client needs and surpassing expectations by providing consultingservices of the highest quality.• Capable of utilizing most popular human resource software programs related to recruiting andbusiness intelligence.• Managing the complete Recruitment Life- Cycle for sourcing the Management best talentfrom diverse sources after identification of manpower.• Sourcing and screening profiles through jobsites, vendors, internal references & otherchannels.• Good exposure in training new recruits (Interns/Trainees) joining the recruitment team.• Headhunting profiles for critical requirements & first level interviewing of candidates &aligning technical interviews.
