Taking care of Induction & Orientation of joined employees to make them familiar with nature of work, profile, Services, Company culture, Company hierarchy, all functional activities, ethics, and values, etc.2. Complete handover formalities to the various departments after training and time to time get feedback with related department heads for their job engagement.• Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the companies over all development plan.• Establishing a proper organizational structure. • Maintaining good internal communication within the company. • Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.Actively involved in providing Technical and Support Function personnel from Junior Management to Senior management level including preparation of Job Description, the design of the advertisement, coordination with search firms, short listing of resumes, coordination, and conduct of technical interviews, negotiation, and fixation of salary and preparation of offer letter and appointment letter.
