Recruitment Process• Write job advert and get necessary approvals for the same. • Place and manage job postings on online portals and newspapers.• Source and short list candidates by conducting preliminary calls.• Organize and deliver interviews and hire the best talent. • Collect all mandatory joining documentation.• Conduct reference checks on shortlisted job applicants.• Assist in the process of employee file creation.• Research on Corporate Social Responsibility for introduction of formal policies.MIS Reports Prepared on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Basis:• Gender & Age & Grade & Tenure Analysis Report – Region & Company Wise.• Payroll – Salary Payout Variance Report – Company Wise.Attendance and Salary Processing:• Validate & Consolidate Attendance Records of Overall 900 Pan India employees in HRIS – ERP.• Maintain Leave, OD & Holiday records of Pan India Employees in ERP - HR Mantra.• Prepare & Update Monthly Payroll Input of New Joiners, Leave Encashment, Salary Account Number, Variable Earnings & Other Deductions in HR Mantra – (HRIS & Payroll Software). Exit formalities and Full and Final Settlement:• Handle Pan India resigned members Exit Formalities by taking Necessary Clearance & Exit Interviews with the help of Regional HR and Account’s Team.• Prepare Full & Final Settlement Statement in HR Mantra on the basis of Clearance Inputs.• Take necessary approval for FNF settlement payments and Complete all the resigned members file within a specified TAT by issuing FNF cheque, Experience and Relieving letter.HR Operations Activities• Prepare and Issue all types of official letters (Car Allotment, Confirmation Letter, Gratuity, Transfer Letter and Other Miscellaneous Letters etc.).• Handle and solve all ex – employee grievances.
