Was part of the core team based out of DSG’s headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania. I performed various roles during my stay with DSG. Started with managing integrations of DSG’s products with client systems. Was responsible for end to end project management of product implementation with the clients.

I was part of JPMC’s global performance testing team based out of Delaware, US. I worked on Performance Testing group for their Mortgage Express product. The application suite primarily automated the loan origination processes for the bank. The various applications used were MAX, MPX, MyCM, Onbase, Xbert.

Responsible for end to end project delivery to the client for company’s web development projects.- Managed delivery of an online marketplace for learning and teaching, skillkindle.com.- Coordinated joint application development session with the business and project team members to define requirements and created the Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)- Created use cases and activity diagrams for the project. User interface prototyping through Axure.- Created and maintained traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure the requirement coverage.

Part of CGIs software development group based out of Bangalore. Responsible for design and development of Human Resource Management systems for CGIs clients globally. - Participated in design review and analysis of various HRM modules. Worked with various stakeholders to understand the functionality to uncover gaps and carry out development.- Created the technical design and documents for each of the newly developed modules.- Developed strong functional understanding of various HRM modules including Payroll, PAM and Leave.- Worked on application optimization through various design, database, and code changes.- Mentored new members and conducted training and brown -bag sessions.- Maintained and presented weekly and bi-weekly status progress reports through various stages of the implementation
