In my current role, as a topic lead in CRM analytics, I lead a geographically distributed team across three SAP locations. Working with SAP Labs for nearly a decade now, I had the privilege to work on various SAP products specially in the area of customer relationship management, both as a part of the development teams and currently in the customer facing roles.SAP is the world leader in enterprise applications in terms of software and software-related service revenue. Based on market capitalization, we are the world’s third largest independent software manufacture. SAP products are used in 190 countries, by around 320,000 businesses. The icing on the cake is it is the second best IT company to work for in India according to the Great Place to Work For 2016 Survey.Apart from managing the team which is distributed across three SAP locations, I am a SAP CRM Expert in the areas of Analytics,Marketing,Sales and Service, with over six years of Customer facing experience. I have expertise in ETL,Interactive Reporting, Pipeline Performance management, HANA live reporting ,PPM Fiori apps and other areas of CRM Analytics Solutions.

I lead the CRM analytics team distributed across Bangalore, Budapest and Montreal. I am the single point of contact for CRM analytics issues across SAP Labs. Me and my team are responsible for CRM analytics solutions. We not only help the customers implement them, we also take care of new development requests from them. We also support the internal development teams whenever they require our expertise

Joined SAP Labs as a developer. I have worked on various CRM releases i.e. 2007, 7.0, 7.0 Ehp1 and 7.0 Ehp1 Extension. I have development experience on CRM Marketing Topics, CRM Web Client UI, BOL/Genil, TPM, MDF, Loyalty Management, CRM Marketing Analytics, Web channel etc. I was the single point of contact for TPM Causals, Loyalty Management topics and Analytics.

I joined Infosys as a fresher in the year 2005. I worked on three projects, for which the client was Cisco. I worked on various technologies like Java, J2EE, SOAP, AXIS, Oracle 9i, HTML, JSP and tools like Toad, CVS, Beyond Compare, Eclipse, Test Director, Kintana, Editplus.Bugzilla, RADAR etc. I was responsible for preparing the Detailed Design, coding and testing the modules that were assigned to me.
