Projects Undertaken:Title: “Design, Development And Prototyping Of State Of The Art Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS) Based High Power High Speed Electric Vehicle (EV) Drive Train For A Multi Utility Vehicle (MUV)” in 2019Key Result Areas: • Developing two different 3-phase multilevel inverter for e-Vehicle application• Managing the end-to-end electronics product development lifecycle with managers including procurement, designing, testing, managing the layout of circuit boards, preparing the library & footprint, fixing and validating bugs • Monitoring the assembly and testing of 55 KW PMSM based traction drive for e-trike application • Providing assistance in assembly and testing of 3 level inverter with 1.2KV DC LINK voltage with PMSM. • Driving design reviews and upholding hardware design standards and methodologies • Collaborating the complete implementation of detailed technical items with other team members to agree on system designs, interfaces and protocols • Participated in design discussions and code reviews; integrated and validated new product designs • Worked in technical peer reviews, progress and planning meetings (basis the Agile development methodology)• Identified, designed & implemented scalable applications for information identification extraction analysisHighlight: • Successfully developed 2 Inverter circuit with their IGBT switch protection circuitry by: o Simulation of electronic circuit as per manufacture specifications o Drawing the schematic, selecting components, creating the PCB layout, and generating the design file(s) o Building the board through board fabrication and PCB assemblyo Testing the operations and performance to assure the regulatory complianceo Analyzing inverter power losses in PLECS with proper thermal modelo Tested the Power & Control Circuit using Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer and Programmable Loado Worked on soldering the SMD and hole components on PCB
