• Worked on a project for UNDP SDG Impact (a flagship initiative of UNDP Sustainable Finance Hub) as part of my final year capstone project at LKY.• The task was to recommend policy solutions to drive private capital towards healthcare.

Worked with the Tech For Good Institute, a think-tank set up by Grab, to promote dialogue in SE Asia (among civil society, government and private sector stakeholders) to realise the full potential of technology in achieving social impact.

• Worked towards moving philanthropic capital and resources for impact in Asia.• Worked on first-of-its-kind pooled funds in Asia, bringing investors collectively, to provide 'unrestricted funding' to impact organisations.

Worked with the DE JURE (Data and Evidence for Justice Reforms) team under DIME, that seeks to harness data on law and justice systems to uncover systematic biases or prejudices and make policy recommendations to ensure equitable justice

• Provided policy analysis and advocacy support on government affairs to clients on technology, social, and competition policy. • Analysed the impact of enacted/proposed legislations on clients, working with them to build informed policy positions or creating policy alternatives to be presented to the government.• Engaged with multiple stakeholders, both government and non-government, designing advocacy strategies for clients. • Mentored young researchers and policy enthusiasts as part of two initiatives of TQH- Policy in Action Fellowship and Young Researchers for Social Impact Fellowship

Worked on research projects on topics including Land Value Capture and Health Infrastructure Vulnerability of Indian States to COVID

Assisted with data analysis of Rapid Response Projects on COVID undertaken by Prof. Ankur Sarin to study effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on Operations of Civil Society Organisations across India and on Anganwadi Workers in Gujarat.

Supported all impact evaluation activities of Pratham for their government partnerships with Malda District Administration and Madhya Pradesh State Administration

• Managed the implementation of DDU-GKY (Skill Development Program) in Odisha.• Oversaw student onboarding, training and placements in the organization and designed quality monitoring tools to assess trainers’ and students’ performance. • Advised the State Government on policy solutions for effective implementation of the program based on challenges faced.

• Worked in the Rural Development Vertical of NITI Aayog (policy think tank of the Government of India) and submitted a policy improvement report on 'Ensuring Effective Forward Linkages in National Rural Livelihood Mission'.• Prepared a quantitative analysis report on the 'Progress towards Target Achievement' in Prime Minister Awas Yojana in 115 Aspirational Districts (backward districts pre-determined by NITI Aayog on the basis of education, health, nutrition, basic infrastructure, rural household electrification, and access to potable water and individual toilets) • The above report was presented in a meeting by the Prime Minister with the Prabharis(District Collectors) appointed in these special districts in order to monitor their progress under the above-mentioned indicators.

• Involved in preparing a Strategic Plan for Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle created to oversee Smart City Operations and Execution in Bhubaneswar.• As part of Intelligent City Operations and Management Centre (ICOMC) team, I was involved in Policy-Planning in the field of education and health working on e-Primary Healthcare for All and Project Kusum-Early Childhood Care Centres

• Project Samman was a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded project, studying on the impact of various hardware, management and behavioural interventions on community toilet usage in the urban slums of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. • As part of the project, I worked with a diverse group of researchers, survey operations team and field staff members engaging in survey design, monitoring systems and community mobilizing techniques.
