Lead Technical Architect
CurrentMy responsibilities at OnActuate as a Technical Architect include deliver advisory and planning services to the company’s enterprise customers. Furthermore, I help enables our customers to achieve their most challenging business and organizational goals. Through a programmatic approach and objective assessment of the customer’s existing business imperatives, systematically plan, orchestrate, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic technology initiatives. This provides alignment to our customers’ broader business goals and promotes innovation solutions.With IT sponsorship, I plan to develop relationships with key line-of-business executives, putting the customer in a position to translate early business needs and insights into actionable IT strategy, and assist IT in driving these initiatives to early results and business value. This work encompasses a solid understanding of business and IT strategy, a principled approach to broader architectural challenges and opportunities, and a strong grasp of business, technology and solutions.Promoting industry-proven architectural and planning practices to promote successful integration of multiple technologies in a heterogeneous environment is also part of my job profile.Technology Road-map► Follow, understand, and propose best practices for technology► Describe CIO & IT industry trends and their potential impact for client executive technology plans► Recommend best practices for IT portfolio management and optimization► Create a plan and implement it to grow enterprise-wide systems with IT leaders► Demonstrate enterprise architecture skills & knowledge in planning & deploying new technologiesOrchestrate the following processes:► Complete an assessment of a client’s business & technology ► Create a future state vision, identifying technologies technologies► Design initiative plans to improve the organization’s use of technology► Communicate with corporate HQ team, provide feedback
