As Office Manager, I prioritized daily operations and provided a wide range of support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I leveraged strong business and analytical acumen to negotiate pricing with vendors, service providers, and property management. I optimized operations and expedited the prompt repair and maintenance of office furniture, technology, and equipment. I collaborated with Human Resources (HR) to update policies and procedures. I coordinated large-scale events and office functions including catering, vendors, and security.Prior to beginning my role as Office Manager, I seamlessly performed diversified and comprehensive administrative functions to support the Human Resources Department as an HR Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Administrative Officer. I managed complex calendars, prepared information for meetings, compiled data for reports, and accurately input information in databases. I drafted and edited documentation for multifaceted purposes, meetings, and formal hearings. In these roles, i has the pleasure of supervising support staff including Receptionists and Office Assistants to ensure smooth operation of PSI, repairs, and maintenance.I was a key liaison between contractors for all maintenance works and properties rented and owned by PSI. I skillfully procured office supplies, equipment, and material to minimize downtime. I maintained inventory levels and negotiated the best pricing for supplies. I acquired office space for PSI offices and ensured contracts and lease agreements were standard leases approved by the Legal Advisor.I adeptly entered and updated data in Assets and Administrative databases for monthly and quarterly reports. I analyzed the operating budget to accurately forecast expenses and execute cost containment strategies. I coordinated ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and flights and ensured the timely submission of expense reports.
