I am a spouse, a father, a friend, a volunteer, an activist. These are the cornerstones of my foundation.I'm an ex-executive, ex-entrepreneur, ex-trader, ex-always-on-the-road enthusiast, ex-always-in-a-meeting guy, ex-rise- and ex-crash-internet-bubble geek, an ex-hundred-emails-a-day connoisseur, an ex-startup-pundit, and an ex-marketing-web-guru.Through all my exes, I've been coaching for almost 20 years: behavioral coach, change and stress management coach, career transition coach (including retirement coach!), and life design coach.
