This rapid growth led to a $50 Million acquisition in May of 2018 by Showpad. - Developed Go-To-Market strategy including sales process and methodology, messaging, identification of ideal client profile, outbound lead generation strategy, territory alignment, business justification process, and systems operations including Salesforce.com and Outreach as the two primary platforms as we created a new market place in the Sales Enablement and B2B software space. - Grew sales organization from 2 to 25 by recruiting and identifying key talent and retaining top sellers by developing career paths, training programs, and enabling our team to achieve both revenue and personal growth targets in reduced time frames. - Drove Customer Success and Support team restructuring. This was accomplished by gaining buy-in and support from these teams during the design and implementation of a new client on-boarding process to measure success and drive client retention while also creating service level agreements by utilizing solutions like Zendesk to drive faster response times in our support organization.
