The story of RISE Commercial District began with a simple but powerful idea: To change the way businesses think about commercial space. In 2010, we opened our first facility in Indianapolis (Castleton), with 7 buildings and 38,500 square feet. What started as a small, practical solution to a common problem quickly grew into something much bigger. As of the start of 2025, we have expanded to 13 locations across the Midwest, and our aggressive growth plans continue. We’re not just adding buildings; we’re building communities where businesses can thrive. Every location is designed to give businesses the flexibility, support, and resources they need to scale quickly and efficiently.
