I took overall responsibility for the management of the Executive MBA programme. This included maximising the student experience by raising the quality of the teaching and administration of the course.At the time when I was assigned this role, student morale was at a low ebb. My most significant achievement was turning this around and helping a number of students to gain their MBAs that might otherwise have withdrawn from the programme.

The Business Analytics unit operated on a consultancy basis, aiming to develop and improve businesses at all levels of maturity and across all sectors.
