During peak hours doing billing of the patients to avoid long queues and maintain smooth procedures at reception.His previous experience was with Lufthansa Associated company Securitas Flugverkehr Services (Germany) and his duties with Securitas he was Specialized point of contact for First and Business class international passengers flying with Lufthansa providing them with priority services and great customer experience, providing assistance to associates on managing complex scenarios including missed and cancelled flights assistance, coordinating with the Business and First class Lounge Administrators of Lufthansa, assisted in registering the passengers who had access to services of Lounge with their Star alliance gold membership card and promoted Star Alliance Gold card membership to frequent travelers with Lufthansa optimizing their travel experience.
