Develop training plans and content for new field-based personnel- Develop sales/product training modules for internal employee. Develop new and refine current training curriculum based upon new or enhanced product/technology added to Volcano sales portfolio. Edit training content consistent with the most current data supporting the theory/ use of current technology- Write, review and edit key training presentations, materials and course content that may be developed by other members of the Education & Training department. All content must be approved through the internal AGILE review process. Work with the AST (Application Sales Specialists) as central editing coordination for all technical training materials. Assist with industry literature searches and reviews- Develop training resource center for internal/external use (articles, publications, books, image library, case library etc.)- Assist field-based sales personnel to drive disposable utilization as requested.- As necessary, performs other duties as required
