• Industrial Maintenance: Predictive, Preventive and Corrective. • Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance. • Manipulation and Programming of PLC´S (Allen Bradley).• Configuration of frequency variators (VFD'S) for motor control.• Control panels design and assembly.• Elaboration of schematics and diagrams using AUTOCAD. • Configuration, programming and maintenance of weighing systems (Rice Lake Scales).• Development and supervision of new projects or improvements in the different areas to meetthe different production needs. • Equipment diagnosis supervision and troubleshooting in an effective way in the assignedequipments and areas. • Development and installation of starting sequences for electric motors. • Technician trained in the following equipment: screw conveyors, positive pressure and vacuumpneumatic conveyors, screens, bulk bag unloaders, bulk bag fillers, static and dynamic weighingsystems, box dumpers, flow control valves, instrumentation (meters of level, flow andtemperature), control of automatic formulation systems, mixers, vibratory feeders, retractableloaders, others. • Staff supervisor.

• Responsible for the maintenance of 54 machines that operate 24 hours a day (presses, winders, wrappers, mesh cutters, etc.).• Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Maintenance.• Industrial Maintenance: Predictive, Preventive and Corrective.• Preparation of preventive maintenance plans and/or routines.• PLC'S programming (Allen Bradley).• Installation and configuration of frequency variators for motor control (VFD's).• Management of dead times and development of strategies to reduce these times.• Fault log preparation.• Implementation of continuous improvement, kaizen and 5's.• Maintain equipment availability to meet daily production.• Effective diagnosis and solution of problems in assigned equipment and area.
