Envisioned and lead in Disney Channel's business model: from being a pay TV offer to become a free to air channel available in all Spanish homes and financed by advertising sales. This was an unprecedented move for The Walt Disney Company at global level.Proposed and lead the acquisition of 20% of Net TV, a local Company owner of a concession to operate TV channels in free to air. This was a strategic move that allowed our business model change.Maintained our busienss in the pay TV market as an additional source of revenues by launching Disney Cinemagic, a premium channel based on a strong cinema offer.Lead the integration of Jetix, a TV network acquired by Disney globally with a structure of around 30 people in Spain.
