Operations Team Lead
Current• Lead a team of 10 network operations engineers as their line manager.• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.• Identify training needs and offer coaching to enhance team skills.• Address team members' feedback and resolve any conflicts.• Serve as the escalation point for operational issues within the Managed Network Services team.• Ensure that Service Levels are met according to SLA and customer expectations.• Prepare and deliver monthly reports for customers.• Maintain and update operational and technical processes and procedures.• Approve timesheets for the team.• Delegate tasks among team members.• Conduct performance reviews to assess individual performance.
