Wrote, published and launched OECD Investment Policy Reviews of China, India and Russia, securing ministerial involvement. Helped China, India, Indonesia, Russia and South Africa to work more closely with the OECD. Raised substantial funds from OECD member countries and from the European Commission to support investment policy co-operation with non-member countries. Drafted speeches for the OECD Secretary-General. Organised multi-stakeholder fora on investment policy in China, Japan, the United States and at the OECD headquarters in Paris.Organised and taught workshops from 2014 to 2016 in the Bosnia-Herzegovina Fellowship Programme at Queen Mary University of London for the UK government (FCO) on policy negotiation in difficult conditions.Wrote and edited numerous high-quality quarterly and annual reports and forecasts on the macroeconomy, political environment and country risk evaluation of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, India and other Asian countries 1986-2002. Established the public presence of the EIU in Asia by numerous appearances on international and regional television and in newspapers and by presentations at corporate conferences and other events.Graduate of University of Leeds (double major in Chinese Studies and Sociology) and the University of London (Economics). Education Certificate from the University of London.
