● 我是主動出擊的人　　面對機會的一聲：「我可以！」是很多事情的開端。主動向客戶提出問題讓我能印證所猜測的需求，提供資訊並附上我司服務範疇，讓對方能同時找到解答與處理的人做為參考。　　　　● 多功能的解決問題能力　　我認為將解決問題能力簡化，根本上是兩面向處理。一是對方是否願意對結果買單；二即我方能否執行。我格外注意主動整理資訊並回報給客戶，透過我的整理讓客戶對大局進度有概念。● 聽見無聲 　　　　過去在散裝航運服務的經歷，讓我對時間價值特別有感。當每分鐘具體到以船舶租金(美金)計價，臨時狀況的談話/下決定就會是直接的需求與指示。但當解決具有急迫性的事宜，我會花心思琢磨對方無聲的需求，對重點客戶的規劃習慣有明確記錄。Astrid Yu is a graduate of the National Taiwan Ocean University, subject in Shipping and Transportation Management, and has been working as an agency specialist in bulk carrier transportation for the last few months.The time in tramp shipping makes Astrid more individual while facing problems, she listens and organizes the information with different workship, while advising the customers beneath the company guideline. Furthermore, a few months of operating projects build acknowledged for her to realize the essence of prevention from the beginning. That’s why Astrid is emphasizing evaluating the cost and risk from the beginning of projects, and taking “Prevention better than cure” as her guideline while running projects.Through countless phone calls from captains, charterers, owners, local agents, etc. Astrid learned that all characters stay in their respective positions. To cooperate from company to company, the most efficient way is to step back and find a win-win way out. Even if the project can earn much at once, she believes a longer relationship is much more invaluable.Last but not least, Astrid believes that “Grind then Shine”, so she challenges herself to break through. That’s the way she has worked till now. Still, this is the way she will fight in the future.
