My leadership was essential in managing the team of developers, covering the entire software lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. My most notable responsibilities and achievements included:- Directing and managing all phases of software development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.- Overseeing the publication of applications in the Apple and Android stores, making a significant presence in the competitive mobile app market.- Managing servers on AWS for cloud application publishing, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.- Utilizing a diverse range of technologies and tools, including Visual Code, Unity, Eclipse, C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, PHP, MySQL, NoSQL, Dynamo, Git, and Jira.- Promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment, applying best development practices and agile methodologies to continuously improve processes and product quality.My management at Mura Studio, within the Tecnosinos ecosystem, not only contributed to the success and innovation in mobile and cloud application projects but also strengthened the technical and collaborative capabilities of the team, resulting in effective and successful technological solutions in the market.

At Embraer, as a Lead Solutions Architect, I had the unique opportunity to lead a large and heterogeneous team responsible for implementing aircraft engineering solutions. This team was composed of key users, SAP expert consultants in production and maintenance modules, as well as system developers. As a Senior Solutions Architect at VARIG, I played a pivotal role in the functional definitions for migrating aircraft maintenance systems to the SAP ERP system. This project involved detailed considerations of aircraft manufacturers' specifications and, importantly, compliance with regulations set by authorities like FAA, ANAC, and other international aviation bodies.
