• Setting up and troubleshoots machine and/or equipment in assigned production section based on approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Work Instructions (WI’s).• Responsible for coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches and setting up or revising manufacturing processes.• Collect, compile, and prepare data reports, schedules, and other production needs.• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production workers to meet the work activities of other departments.• Assisting the manufacturing operations in a problem-solving and continuous development process to improve productivity and product quality.• Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of processes.
