• Conducted Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) at TATA Motors Trim Chassis Fitment (TCF) Plant 1 and 2.• Work load balance was done at each station to reduce the load and improve the efficiency of the worker.• Measure of Performance (MOP) was calculated and improved.• Line balancing was done to ensure the smooth flow and improve line effectiveness.• Motion Study was conducted to reduce fatigue and pain of the worker.• Shifting of activities was done to balance the load on each operator per station.• Manpower reduction negotiation was done with the Shop & Line head to maintain the smooth flow the line.• Each activity of the worker was observed closely & verified for MOST study and to reduce the fatigue of the operator.• Bill of Material (BOM) was used to verify each part fitment • Non Value Added (NVA) and Value Added (VA) activities both were calculated and NVA was reduced.
