Designed engaging course plans to meet academic, intellectual and social needs of a class size of 27 students. In five months, increased students reading proficiency by 50% and math proficiency by 25%. Instituted new approaches of teaching by analyzing and distilling test data to identify opportunities for intervention and enrichment alongside three 2nd grade teachers. In eight months, 92% of students mastered all reading and math standards. Produced the highest math growth average among all 36 classes, K-8th.

Founded The EDventure Project, a program that creates a space in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ for students and parents to talk about the power education, self identity and strategies to design their educational future. Led a team of 3 in all logistical and outreach correspondence in developing the program. Created a partnership with Aguila Youth Leadership Institute, the University of Arizona, Arizona State University to educate, empower and energize families from low- resource backgrounds. Honored at the 2018 Obama Summit in Chicago.
