Current• Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for internal desktop systems hardware and software as well as support for network, basic server, and storage infrastructure for 300+ users.• Lead and manages all on-site IT initiatives, including research and implementation of new software and hardware and maintenance of the IT systems and network.• Provided VIP & C-Level IT support for Houston and UK affiliates.• Works closely with software, hardware, and service vendors on new… Show more • Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for internal desktop systems hardware and software as well as support for network, basic server, and storage infrastructure for 300+ users.• Lead and manages all on-site IT initiatives, including research and implementation of new software and hardware and maintenance of the IT systems and network.• Provided VIP & C-Level IT support for Houston and UK affiliates.• Works closely with software, hardware, and service vendors on new installations and problem resolutions. • Participates the Change Management / Change Control process.• Responsible for on-boarding all new hires that come through the Southern region of the US, including issuance of new laptops, mobile phones, peripherals and granting access, as requested by hiring manager.• Assist in new-hire orientation training around the usage of specific IT-supported software, such as M365, document management systems etc.• Manage Houston project execution to ensure budget, schedule, and scope adherence.• Performs Windows imaging and proactively researches and drives IT towards modern approaches for image management and patching.
