Recruiting Team Lead
Current• Sourcing: Evaluate candidates' resumes and applications, and assess their technical and soft skills.• Leadership: Provide intellectual leadership for my team, strategic advice, and coaching in all areas of the Human Resources activities.• Reporting: Provide well-documented, analytical hiring reports to the rest of the team• Supervise: the recruitment team and report on its performance.• Coaching: Advise, educate, and guide the team members on best practices in recruitment, selection, and interview techniques. • Evaluate, provide feedback, and train the team on an ongoing basis.
