New Client Specialist
Current- Provide initial client support via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate guidance on using HR functionalities within the Paycom system.
- Set up initial items according to the client's unique specifications in the Paycom system, such as 401K, taxes, T&A, etc.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data for accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and recommend process enhancements to improve data integrity and efficiency.
