Current•Provide initial client support via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate guidance on using HR functionalities within the Paycom system.•Set up initial items according to the client's unique specifications in the Paycom system, such as 401K, taxes, T&A, etc.•Conduct regular audits of HRIS data for accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and recommend process enhancements to improve data integrity and efficiency.
