The group draws upon a relapse-prevention model of behavioural maintenance and follows NICE guidelines for behaviour change interventions. - Launched and co-facilitated a SMART Recovery group, utilising MET and REBT principles- Established a Big Lottery Funded service to provide individual, tailored smoking-cessation advice and support, based on best-practice guidelines from the Turning Point/SLAM smoking cessation pilot.- Working with clients on an individual basis, including those with complex mental health needs.- Developing Tamil language literature and resources to help those in the Tamil community in the borough who have alcohol problems. - Data management of the alcohol team data.
