Thereby making it possible to drive change and realize business strategies.I have founded Into The Grey. A consultancy which focuses on helping organisations succeed in dealing with constant changes, complex problems and unpredictability. I work with skills and qualities like: Psychological Flexibility, Unforeseen Ready-ness, Living Conversations, Perspective Skills, Relations First and Psychological Safety.I am also one of the authors behind the acclaimed leadership book ”Uncertain – Leadership between Chaos and Control”.
