My work as Organisational Psychologist is guided by the following question: What makes organisations, teams and leaders ready for change, unpredictability and complexity?In my work, I draw on a deep human understanding, a practical approach to leadership and the ability to build strong and trusting relations, so that difficult areas of organisational life can be explored and understood. Thereby making it possible to drive change and realize business strategies.I have founded Into The Grey. A consultancy which focuses on helping organisations succeed in dealing with constant changes, complex problems and unpredictability. I work with skills and qualities like: Psychological Flexibility, Unforeseen Ready-ness, Living Conversations, Perspective Skills, Relations First and Psychological Safety.I am also one of the authors behind the acclaimed leadership book ”Uncertain – Leadership between Chaos and Control”.
