▪ Financial Control of the operating companies within the group (NL, UK, BE, PL, SEE, HRV, ESP, TRY and India)▪ Production of monthly and quarterly reporting to Board of Management and company stakeholders (KPI’s, group and individual OC performance against budget and forecast, market performance and cash flows)▪ Cordination and management of budget cycle in support of Country MD’s▪ Cash flow forecasting and monitoring of the individual operating companies and the group as a whole including treasury management.▪ Monitoring the groups bank covenant and active role with groups bankers▪ Risk management and activities related to group companies including project tendering, delegations and compliance.▪ Set-up and monitoring of internal controls (accounting manual, dividend policy, cost based fees and foreign exchange risk)▪ Liaison with external auditor and preparation of consolidated annual accounts▪ Additional activities: Move from IFRS to NL-GAAP, company valuation, providing input for new ERP implementation and Transfer Pricing Policy

▪ Responsible for own real estate portfolio made up of 41 objects▪ To ensure the correctness and quality of the real estate data and reporting of IPD-ROZ benchmark data.▪ Responsible for forecasting en budgeting of assigned portfolio.▪ Support and contact for asset managers, technical managers and property managers (external)▪ Control and report information to the Fund Controller and CFO.▪ Contribute to the monthly, quarterly and annual closing.▪ Contribute to the control of the taxation process.▪ Extra activities: mentoring of intern, tester for new IT systems (REDEX Lease and Yardi).

Member of staff at Deloitte Accountants BV Core-Audit in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Core-Audit provides audit services to entities publicly listed and internationally orientated. IFRS, SoX and NL-GAAP.

Student intern as part of my third year curiculum. Intern in the departments Marketing, Finance and Logistics. Aided in the introduction of a new product and supplier relations. The purpose was to gain a better insight into the operations of the company.
