Oversaw the Company’s M&A transactions, including the $140 million acquisition of Togethersoft Corporation. Served as the Company's corporate secretary, attending all board and committee meetings. Borland was a global company with 35 worldwide subsidiaries, including Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Russia.

Vantive (NASDAQ: VNTV) was one of the first CRM software companies. Managed the SEC filings, including ’34 Act public reporting and ’33 Act registration statements. Supported the Finance and Investor Relations groups and managed a securities class action lawsuit. Reviewed and negotiated software licensing agreements to support the Sales team at the end of the quarter. Vantive was ultimately sold to PeopleSoft for $433 million.
