-Manage daily operations of six departments for the decorative division of Morgan Fabrics, one of the leading U.S importers of home furnishings fabrics. Supervise 36 employees in customer service, product inventory, product sampling, product development, visual merchandising, and sales.-Source and curate textile collections for high-end furniture clients and interior designers.-Fostered positive work environment that helped develop a more customer-friendly experience for clients and employees, contributing to average yearly sales increase of 12%-Build and maintain loyal client base with extensive knowledge, skills and passion for design.

-Led warehouse team and managed logistics for receiving, quality control, packaging and shipping of accessory collections.-Initiated and implemented complete overhaul of inventory storage warehouse, resulting in optimal operation and efficiency.

-Managed sales team for in-store design clients as well as phone, internet, and outside sales purchasing carpets, pillows and textiles. -Built and maintained company brand identity starting with Los Angeles and expanding to six locations worldwide (Orange County, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and London).
